we will need approximately 10 million to update fire control computers and get the USS Missouri into drydock to inspect her for seaworthiness. also, the radar needs to be upgraded and tested.
new guns are also needed. we need to finance the making of new shells and ammunition for her guns and AA defenses. various other expenses will need to be taken care of. food for the crew, wages for the crew, new cots, furniture, cooking facilities, a new wheel, updated electronics, emergency response systems, horn needed, new props and rudders (she has some but they are in need of replacing), the keel must be waterproofed, any other flaws straitened out, seaplane launchers on the back are in bad shape. she is a general mess.
